KnockIQ Sub-Processors

KnockIQ, LLC engages the third-party service providers ("sub-processors") listed below to help us deliver the KnockIQ service. Each sub-processor Processes personal information only as needed to perform its function and is contractually required to protect that information at a level no less protective than our own commitments. This page is referenced by our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Data Processing Addendum.

Customer-enabled integrations
If a Customer chooses to enable an outbound webhook integration (for example, Zapier), KnockIQ transmits the data described in our Privacy Policy to the endpoint the Customer configures. The destination, retention, and onward use of that data are controlled by the Customer, and the recipient is not a KnockIQ sub-processor. See Section 5.2 of the Terms of Service.
What we do not use
KnockIQ does not collect audio and uses no audio-transcription or voice-biometric sub-processor. KnockIQ does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking SDKs.
Notifications of changes
We update this page before a new sub-processor begins processing personal information. To receive advance email notice of additions or replacements, subscribe by emailing privacy@knockiq.com with the subject line "Sub-processor notifications." We provide at least ten (10) days' notice as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
